Overview

Rareș has a keen interest in helping protect and advance human creativity and innovation. He has therefore decided to pursue intellectual property law to be able to assist creative professionals and inventors in obtaining and asserting intellectual property rights over their works.

Legal Education

Rareș graduated from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia.

Pre-Law Education

Rareș graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Environmental Engineering. His participation in the Engineering Law and Ethics course, as well as his participation in the Osgoode Cup undergraduate mooting competition, both made him interested in pursuing a legal education.
